Finding the time to consume the small meals that are part of your daily diet can be difficult if you have early flights, hotel stays and back-to-back meetings scheduled. Stay hydrated: It's easy to forget to drink enough water on vacation.  This can lead to constipation, dehydration, fatigue, dizziness, headache.  Keep a reusable water bottle handy, set drinking reminders, and add extra electrolytes for better hydration.  (pexels)
